This fund is a little bit different in that it doesn’t result in a physical research project. This is to make FarmSchool materials more accessible to my students in Bulgaria. All course material will be translated, transcribed, and voiced over (or close captioned) in Bulgarian and Turkish languages. Many of my Bulgarian students are young people leaving the state orphanage/group care home/foster system. They will be the ones to lead an manage projects in marginalized communities in Bulgaria as one means of preventing another generation of separated families due to poverty and lack of resources.
